Undergraduate admission requirements
Looking to attend AIC University? Our admission options are designed to serve students at all stages of life
– from the recent high school graduate to the student returning to school later in life.
We invite you to join our learning community.
Requirements:
- Students with 5 credits at not more than 2 sittings. 5 relevant credits qualifies you for an instant admission. NYSC is Guaranteed.
- OND, University diploma or Professional Qualifications qualifies you for direct entry.
- HND and Higher Diploma holders will run two semesters Degree Conversion Program to BSc.
- Masters Degree - Those with a degree or Higher National Diploma can Apply.

- SSSCE Results
- 5 credits
- Any Previous Qualification (Direct Entry)
- Birth certificate
- International Passport (or ID Card) Application Process
- Scan (1 PDF Format 2M) and forward all the above listed credentials to info@aic-uni.org
- Receive in 24 hours your Notification of Admission
- Receive attached the Registration Link ENROLMENT
- Visit the Campus in Lomé, Republic of Togo
- Visit the Admissions Office
- Visit the Student Academic Office for Faculty Registration
- Visit the Student Affairs Office for Course Timetable and further orientation.

Registration Process

- Fill the Registration Form
- Submit the Registration Form online
- Pay the Registration Fee (Kindly contact the Admission Officer if you are finding it difficult to pay directly)
- Receive your Acceptance Letter (Electronic Version) Program Resumption
- Visit the University campus in Lomé Togo along with your acceptance letter signed
- Pay the First Installment of the School fees
- Meet the Student Affairs Officer for Course Time Table, and Orientation. Master Degree Program

- Mathematics & English Compulsory
- Bachelor Degree Results (Upper Class)
- Birth certificate
- International Passport (or ID Card)
- 2 Academic Reference Letter

- Visitez le Bureau du Charge Academic pour les formalités d’inscription en faculté
- Visitez ensuite le Bureau du Chargé des Affaires Estudiantines pour l’Emploi du Temps et plus d’orientation ENREGISTREMENT
- Cliquez sur le lien d’enregistrement
- Remplissez la Fiche d’Enregistrement en ligne
- Soumettez la Fiche d’Enregistrement en ligne
- Payez les frais d’Inscription (contactez l’Agent d’Admission si vous avez de difficultés de paiement direct).
