The Governing Council is the supreme management guidance and control body of the Institute. It is made up of the founders and major shareholders of the Institute.

The Governing Council of the American Institute of Commonwealth is structured as follows:

• The Chairman
• The Secretary General
• The Auditors.

Le Conseil d’Administration est l’organe suprême d’orientation et de contrôle de Gestion de l’Institut. Il est composé des fondateurs et des actionnaires majoritaires de l’Institut.

Le Conseil d’Administration de American Institute of Commonwealth est structuré ainsi comme suit:
